SUPPORT :: Support Overview

Abstract Solutions provides a process and tools support service to all users of our software. The support hotline is available during normal office hours, telephone +44 1483 226190. You may also email us using the web form or directly using the email address supplied with your software.

Tool support covers installation, upgrading, general operation and customisation, fault reporting and recovery. Upgrades and patches are available through the downloads section of this website. Method support provides answers to specific queries and where possible general modelling advice, and is intended to be a useful resource for users who have attended an xUML training course.

All users of actively licenced Abstract Solutions software will be provided with a customer number which should be quoted when contacting the support service, especially when contacting us for the first time or applying for a software activation key.

General technical enquiries or queries from anybody with an interest in our software are also welcome, our support operatives will do their best to answer your questions or direct them towards to appropriate part of the organisation.
