SUPPORT :: Support Overview

Abstract Solutions provides a process and tools support service to all existing users of our iUML software who have a support and maintenance agreement in place.

The support hotline is available during normal office hours, telephone +44 1483 226190. You may also email us using the web form or directly using the email address supplied with your software.

Tool support covers installation, upgrading, general operation and customisation, fault reporting and recovery. Upgrades and patches are available through the downloads section of this website.

All users of actively licenced Abstract Solutions software will have been given a customer number which should be quoted when contacting the support service, especially when contacting us for the first time or applying for a software activation key.
